SR - 05 NF / SR - 08 NF Polyurethane Foam Good Shock Absorbing
Descriptions:
has flame ratardant(UL94 HBF) and good shock absorbing property.
It is consist in their unique cell structure and the average cell size is about 100 microns,
which has high density and uniformity. It maintains excellent resistance to compression set,
which enables durable, long-term performance for gasketing. It is supported by casting onto
the polyester film (PET) , thus excellent support stability and balance. It contains no
plasticizer to migrate, which may cause contamination.
General Information:
It is manufacured by continuously casting and curing mechanically frothed to the desired thickness and density.
polyurethane foam cell is consist in cell wall and void. To obstain high density polyurethane foam, cell size is small. Each of the many small cells acts like a tiny spring or energy absorber. To have high density foam, they was occupied cell wall . Therefore cell size is vely small.

For Addition Information:
SR polyurethane foam sheets are trimmed to stated width +8mm. Length
tolerance of roll shipped is +3% of ticketed length.
Although off-the-self stock may be available for standard grades and thickness, nomal
lead-time is within one week. Nonstandard thickness is an additional one week should be
added to the nomal lead-time.
The required minimum order for standard polyurethane foam is 1000m (500mm×1m)
